Hawaii media judged the contest of Louisville, Kentucky, which in turn judged the Hawaii contest. Honolulu Star-Advertiser Managing Editors Betty Shimabukuro and Mike Rovner judged a Hawaii category for magazine overall page design. The Louisville chapter in turn judged the Hawaii contest.
