Gridiron 2010: There’s No Business Like No
Business Our writers hoped to add more tomfoolery by starting before
April Fools’ Day to sift through the headlines and top stories and uncover all
the news that’s fit to skewer for the Gridiron. Newsmakers from politicians to zoo animals aren’t safe when
Honolulu’s newspaper, magazine, radio, television and stage personalities gather
at the Diamond Head Theatre for three fully produced shows on Aug. 13-14. We
have added a Saturday matinee to our lineup of two nightly shows. The show pokes fun at just about anyone and anything in Hawaii's
headlines over the past year. Proceeds benefit the Society of Professional
Journalists' Hawaii Chapter student internships and scholarships. Gridiron 2010: There’s No Business Like No Business will begin
at 8 p.m. Aug. 13-14 and 3 p.m. Aug. 14 at Diamond Head Theatre, 520 Makapuu
Ave., across from Kapiolani Community College. There's plenty of free parking at
KCC and behind the theater.FOR CORPORATE
